Nigerian Online Community is a nonpartisan, non-governmental, online based community of Nigerians and friends of Nigeria worldwide for our mutual good and support. It is a community of all Nigerians and friends irrespective of age, gender, location, tribe, affiliations or associations, beliefs or faith. A community of Nigerians with the primary aim of mutually supporting ourselves, towards the ultimate good of all of us and the good of our beloved country, Nigeria.
PURPOSE-
We acknowledge the fact that individually and as a nation, we have myriads of problems and challenges, aswell as shortcomings. We also agree that we cannot say, we have gotten there or in the process of doing so without being very practical in solving these problems. Nigeria’s problem and our problems go hand in hand, they are intertwined and one can’t be sorted without the other. If one is totally sorted, the other will invariably take care of itself. Just as they say, a truly successful and great nation begets successful and great subjects.
Some might say, Yea, government is at work or dispute it, but what is our input. Or is the job for them alone. What about our own personal life challenges and needs? Who will take care of them, the government? No, we will take care of our problems and then they have to do theirs. Everybody has to be responsible and all hands must get on deck in solving these problems. We will join hands in mutual accord in meeting our needs and solving the problems of Nigeria.
And so, this is the fundamental aim of “Nigerian Online Community for Our Mutual Good and Support”. A platform that we can use to practically meet our needs, and indirectly contribute our quota to the development and rebuilding of Nigeria, since if we are better, Nigeria will be same and if Nigeria is good, we are good.
HOW WILL WE DO IT?
In practical terms, we will use this platform -
-To inform each other on our important national issues and news, most especially positive ones, for us to discuss it or respond in comments, and then reach a compromise. Any member is free to get this news or issue across for us to post it and then discuss it or respond in comments. Also we will meet here to mutually,
-Brush-off each other or educate ourselves. Members are free to send-in what they need answer for or solution to, so that it will be posted for members that know better to respond in comments, thereby generating varied solutions from which the member that sent it in can then choose from,
Inform us of any vital information that will be useful to us in our daily lives, so that we can improve our lives. Any member is free to do this. If you know of anything that will improve our lives, get it across for us all. You can make it in form of article or otherwise to inform or educate us on any subject you are good at,
-Seek for patronage or partnership in any good business you are into which is for the good of all of us and the entire Nigerians. That is, you can bring here any good business you have which is targeted to all Nigerians. Also if you have any business idea which you need partners in, you can seek that here,
-Network or seek for associates. That is, if you are into anything good, be it business or otherwise and you wish to seek associates for it. You can bring it here to inform members about it. NOTE- It must be nonpartisan but very beneficial to all,
-Socialise or seek for friendship. That is, if you are looking to socialise or seek for a friend or life partner, as a member you can inform NGOLC to get this wish across to all members. You’l be made anonymous if you like or otherwise,
-Seek for idea on how to succeed or make an in-road into any career, be it on our entertainment industry- the nollywood- acting, our music, stage comedies, white or blue collar job career, any other career area. -Inform us on Nigeria’s current happenings, opportunities, say job, business or otherwise. We will share any information that will be useful to us and as a member you can send us any information that will be useful to us for it to be posted for every members’ benefit,
